Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Hdpe Pipes And Fittings In Two Separate Positions

The Subject Of The Public Procurement Consists In The Supply Of Pe 100-Rc High-Density Polyethylene Pipes And Fittings For Their Connection, The Supply Of Fittings For The Mechanical Connection Of Pipes, Submersible Clamps And Adapters. The Supply Of High-Density Polyethylene Pipes And Fittings Will Be Carried Out At The Discretion Of The Employer, Depending On The Objects To Be Executed And The Nature Of The Accidents That Have Occurred. The Proposed Products Must Necessarily Comply With The Technical Requirements And Standards Set By The Contracting Authority. The Quantities Of Pipes And Fittings Indicated In The Documentation Are Estimates And The Employer Is Not Obliged To Declare Them, And If Larger Deliveries Of Some Items Are Necessary, It Is Possible To Exceed The Indicated Quantities. The Delivery Of The Products Is Carried Out After A Written Request Of The Employer, Depending On The Objects To Be Performed And The Nature Of The Accidents. Deliveries Must Be Completed Within A Time Frame According To The Offer, Which Cannot Be Longer Than 15 (Fifteen) Working Days From The Date Of The Written Request.
