An Integral Part Of The Contract Is Transport To The Place Of Delivery, Unloading At The Place Of Delivery, Unpacking And Disposal Of Packaging, Handing Over The Written Documents Necessary For The Acquisition Of Ownership Rights To The Subject Of The Contract, Provision Of User Documentation For The Subject Of The Contract Necessary For Proper And Error-Free Use Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Specified Purpose In Accordance With All Legal Regulations, Completion And Putting The Subject Of The Contract Into Operation (Installation) With The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Installation, Testing The Functionality And Operability Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract, Conducting The First Official Test (Acceptance Test), Professional Training Of Personnel, Provision Of Authorized Warranty Service In The Length Of Min. 24 Months And The Performance Of All Preventive Inspections And Checks That Are Stipulated By Law And Prescribed By The Manufacturer For The Offered Goods During The Warranty Period.
