The University Campus, Which Is Already Rising To University Level, Was Formed By Renovating Protected Historic Buildings And Constructing New Buildings. The Entrance Part Is Made Of Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Structures And Has A Cellular Layout, In Which The Hall, Offices, Changing Rooms, Mechanical Engineering, Elevator And Stairs Are Located. The Ballet Hall Part Of The Building Is A Hall Structure With Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Pillars And Tt Beams, In Which There Are 2X6=12 Ballet Halls And The Central Corridor. The Original Plans Allow For The Construction Of An Additional Level Of The Ballet Hall Wing. The Building No Longer Meets The Changed Thermal Technical Regulations. This Is Why The Energetic Modernization Is Necessary, Which Is Realized With Rrf Grant Funds, And New Ballet Halls Are Created On A New Level - With The Addition Of A Floor - Partly From Our Own Resources And Partly From Donations. From The Rrf Tender, The Energy Modernization Of The Building Will Be Carried Out As Follows: 1. The Windows Of The Ballet Rooms Will Be Replaced. The New Windows Are Made With 3-Layer Glazing, From Thermal Bridge-Free Aluminum Sections (Total 389 M2, 32 Pcs.) 2. The Ballet Rooms Will Receive A New Soundproof False Ceiling. The Lighting Fixtures, The Ventilation And Cooling Grilles, The Elements Of The Sound System And The Fire Alarm Fittings Are Placed In The False Ceiling. A Sound-Absorbing Material Is Placed On The Lower Surfaces Of The Reinforced Concrete Slab Panels. The False Ceiling Of The Flowing Salts Will Be Similar To The Design Of Ballet Halls. (False Ceiling 1071 M2 In Total) 3. A New Heating-Cooling System Will Be Installed With A Wall-Mounted Condensing Gas Boiler, Heat Pumps (Total Heating Power: 308 Kw, Cooling Power: 528 Kw), A New Air-Conditioning Network Will Be Established, Leading In The Space Above The False Ceiling, With The Installation Of A Central Air Handling Unit, Building Engineering Automation Will Be Built. Connections From The Existing Building Must Be Built For Systems Designed For The Additional Needs Of The Expansion. 4. Construction Of A New Electrical Energy Supply, High-Current System, Structured Network, Installation Of A Fire And Smoke Protection System, With Phased Dismantling Of The Old Network. The Expansion Of The Building Will Be Realized From Own Resources And Donations, During Which Four Ballet Halls, An Office, A Dressing Room, A Mobile Lounge And Water Blocks (Mens, Womens And Barrier-Free) Will Be Created. The New Level - By Supplementing The Existing Staircase With A Few Steps - Is Connected To The Internal Transport System. The Existing Elevator Cannot Provide Barrier-Free Access From This Level, And Emergency Escape Cannot Be Solved From The Existing Stairwell, So An Outdoor Elevator And A Free Staircase Will Be Built Separately On The East Side Of The Building. During The Expansion, In Phase 0 (Not The Subject Of This Public Procurement), The Insulation Of The Existing Roof Will Be Dismantled Up To The Slab Structure, And The Prepared Roof Will Be Loaded On The Existing Columns
