Tenders are invited for Construction of Three (3) Village Milk Collection Centres (VMCC) in Sabawanaag, Waxara-Waalisley and JirJir in Awdal Region, Somaliland The Somaliland Skills Training Association (SOSTA) is a non-profit organization founded in 2005, headquartered in Borama, Awdal region, Somaliland, but active across all regions of Somaliland. SOSTA focuses on youth and vulnerable groups, including IDPs, women, children, disabled individuals, and minorities. The organization aims to empower Somalilanders to transform their lives through sustainable, people-centered development. SOSTA facilitates development programmes, advocates against harmful traditional practices like FGM/C, early marriage, and GBV, and promotes human rights and protection.
