Mercy Corps in Mali is looking for a service provider/s to execute infrastructure projects in multiple places. Note: Bidders may bid for all or some lots but may not be awarded more than two lots. The full contract must be completed as stipulated in paragraph 1 of section 2, i.e. before December 21, 2024.
