The Contract Works required are: Refurbish male and female toilets including, new architraves to existing windows & doors, removal of urinal in male toilets & install two new wall hung urinates, install hydro panel wet walls and insulation to exterior walls, new Lanwood toilet partitions, new vinyl to floors, new basins and mixer taps, new LED lighting, new extractor fan, new toilets and cisterns. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
