Tenders Are Invited For Conservation And Renovation Of Wooden Windows In The Książ Castle Building In Wałbrzych - Stage Vii

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Renovation And Conservation Works On Wooden Windows In The Książ Castle Building In Wałbrzych, In Accordance With The Conservation Work Program Constituting Appendix No. 11 To The Swz. When Carrying Out The Works Covered By The Order, Decision Dwkz No. 1501/2019 Of November 12, 2019, Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, As Well As The Method Of Carrying Out The Work And The Type Of Fittings Made And Used On Previously Renovated Windows Indicated By The Ordering Party Should Be Taken Into Account. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean All Wooden And Metal Elements That Are Not Subject To Replacement From Existing Paint Coatings, Paint All Wooden Elements At Least Three Times, Install New, Missing Or Damaged Fittings Made As Brass Castings (Handles, Hinges), Install Seals In Milled Cracks. In Each Of The Renovated Windows, The Marked Upper Quarters Must Be Equipped With A Tie-Rod Tilt Mechanism With A Lever (As Marked In Appendix No. 13 To Swz). The Reference Windows Should Be Those Renovated In Earlier Stages, In Particular Those Located In The Companys Secretariat Room And In The Corridor Of The 1St Floor Of The Northern Wing Of Książ Castle. The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Reconstruction And Re-Forging Of The Exit Door From The Breakfast Room In Hotel Building No. 3, Which Involves Removing The Threshold. And Replacing The Entire Glazing (Door Leaf And Window Sashes) With New Ones Fitted With Silicone Gaskets And Installing New Fittings In The Replaced Doors. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Also Includes Representing The Ordering Party Before The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In All Matters Related To The Course Of Work Covered By The Subject Matter Of The Contract.
