Garbage Compactor Truck Type Vehicle For Collection Of Solid Household Waste, With A Maximum Of 10 Years Of Use, With A Minimum Capacity Of 15 M3, With Driver, Special Body For Collecting And Transporting Garbage, And Must Be Closed And Watertight To Prevent Dumping Of Liquid On Public Roads And Be Provided With An Automatic Flushing Mechanism. The Vehicle Must Be Equipped With A Collection Box Mechanism. All Expenses, Including Lubricants, Spare Parts, Insurance, Corrective And Preventive Maintenance And Replacement In The Event Of A Defect Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor, Driver And Fuel At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Vehicle Must Be Equipped With All Equipment And Devices Required According To Current Legislation. In The Event Of A Defect In The Vehicle Currently Being Tendered And Which Cannot Be Remedied Within A Maximum Period Of 24 Hours, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace It With Another Of The Same Specifications.
