The Procurement, Assembly And Sealing To The Roof Waterproofing Are Part Of The Lv. + Plumbing Work Sealing Of All Floor Panels In Contact With The Ground Indoors In Accordance With Din 18533 W 1-E On The Ground Floor And Basement. The Vertical Connection / Transition Between The Base Plate And Foundation As Well As The Standard Base Seal (Also In The Door Area) Must Be Carried Out. + Hls Installations Delivery, Installation And Sealing Of All Roof Drains Including Emergency Drains, Goosenecks, Ventilation Ducts And Collection Boxes On The Roof Surfaces. + Pv System As An Advance Payment For The Pv System, All Substructures Of The Pv System With An East-West Orientation In A Butterfly Roof Shape Must Be Delivered And Installed By The Roofer.
