The Contract Works required are: i. Strip out the existing suspended ceiling tiles and dispose of offsite and replace existing tiles with new using the existing grid. ii. Salvage all insulation for reuse. iii. Install additional clips to minimise the risk of the tiles coming loose in the future due to ball impacts. iv. Reinstall the insulation above the tiles and grid. v. Install tensioned fall-arrest netting beneath the suspended ceiling. vi. The scale of the works is medium. vii. The site is flat and level with easy vehicle access. viii. The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract. No Contract related tags will be considered.
