The Programme will enable a mobile workforce in a secure information environment. Phase 1 of the programme delivered the Modern Desktop environment. This request forms part of Enterprise Productivity Phase 2 (EPP2.) The NZDF has a range of older Productivity tools that require refresh to a new set of common ICT products and services. Part of the refresh includes Microsoft 365 (M365.) The objective of the ROI is to identify and shortlist Suppliers who have the capability and experience and can help us successfully adopt and benefit from the implemented M365 tools and applications in two main areas: 1. Strategic adoption services - this focuses on establishing appropriate governance frameworks and processes. 2. Understanding what the key services that add the most value from the myriad of M365 User Adoption Services available. The NZDF will publish an ROI later this month for the above services. This ROI will be open to any organisation that can provide the services under an All of Government, Common Capability or DIA Marketplace agreement and can meet the NZDFs other mandatory requirements included in the ROI criteria. This advance notice is to allow potential respondents to prepare themselves to respond to the ROI when it is released later this month.
