Request For Tender For Design & Construct Building - Etsa Oval. Description: Port Augusta City Council Invites Tenders From Tenderers For The Provision Of Design And Construct Building Etsa Oval. The Existing Hut Located At Etsa Oval Is A Two-Story Metal Framed Building With Wooden Cladding. It Is 3 Metres Wide And 7.5 Metres Long With A 1.8 Metre External Awning Covering 3 Sides Of The Building. The Hut Has An External Water Connection At The Southern End Which Comes From A Water Main Located On The Property Boundary Of The Football Club And An Electrical Distribution Board Which Is Fed From The Nearby Theatre. There Are Light Tower Controls That Are Housed Within The Hut Which Will Need To Be Re-Installed. The Hut Is Predominantly Used As A Scorer Building And Occasionally As A Canteen Type Building During Larger Sporting Events. Council Intends On Replacing The Existing Two-Storey Hut At Etsa Oval With A More Functional Version, And To Create A Facility Which Is Safe And Purposeful For All That Use It. Council Are Seeking To Engage A Contractor To Provide A Modular Type Building That Is Assembled Off Site And Transported To Site, As Ready, To Install. The Council Will Enter Into An Agreement For These Works With The Successful Tenderer. The Tenderer Shall Provide The Services In Accordance With The Specification Contained Within Tender Documentation.
