Swan Hill Rural City Council (The “Council”/“Principal”) Is Seeking Tenders From Suitably Qualified And Experienced Contractors To Construct A Regional ‘Nature Based’ Playground At The Centenary Park In Robinvale. This Request For Tender Is Divided Into Two Parts:Part 1 – Playground Worksthe Scope Of Work For Part 1 Includes:- Concrete Works Comprising Drainage, Paving, Surfaces, Rockwork, And Timber.- Supply And Installation Of 6 Solar Streetlights, Including Footings.- Masonry And Stonemason Servicespart 2 - Landscapingthe Scope Of Work For Part 2 Includes:- Installation Of Irrigation Systems- Soil Preparation- Turfing And Grass Establishment- Supply And Planting Of Trees And Plants.- Landscape Establishment.Please Note That The Council Has Already Awarded A Contract For The Supply And Installation Of The Playground Equipment.Tenderers May Submit Bids For Either Part 1, Part 2, Or Both Parts Of The Project. The Council Reserves The Right To Award Contracts To One Or Multiple Tenderers Based On The Submitted Proposals.
