The City Uses A Hydrologic Model Of The Elbow River To Support The Operation Of The Glenmore Reservoir For Water Supply And Flood Mitigation.The City Is Looking For A Consultant To Update This Model In Order To Include The Springbank Off-Stream Reservoir And Its Flood Operating Procedures As Well As The Glenmore Reservoir Flood Operating Procedure To Support The Operation Of The Glenmore Reservoir Through A Flood Event.The Scope Of Services Of The Consultant Includes, But May Not Be Limited To, The Following Anticipated Requirements: - Component 1 - Improvements To The Current Elbow River Model;- Component 2 - Implement Sr1 And Gm Reservoir Operating Rules; And- Component 3 - Develop Workflow For Future Modelling.
