The Objective Of This Tender Is The Construction Of A Community Shelter For The Town Of Laonzana In The Commune Of Huara, Tarapacá Region. The Building Contemplates The Incorporation Of A Particular Sanitary System And The Construction System Must Be Based On Rigid Steel Frames, Reinforced Concrete Retaining Walls And Galvanized Steel Partitions. The Roof Must Also Be Made Of Galvanized Steel Structure, In Addition To Contemplating Steel Structure Shades And Pine Wood Screen. The Program Consists Of 3 Rooms Of Which One Is Enabled As A Universal Room, 2 Bathrooms Of Which One Is Enabled As A Universal Bathroom, 1 Universal Kitchen, Terrace/Dining Room And Interior Patio For Natural Lighting And Ventilation.
