The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery And Assembly Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 49.95 Kw At The Water Treatment Plant In Frysztak In The Design And Build Mode. 1) The Detailed Scope Of Deliveries And Assembly Carried Out In The Design And Build Mode Is The Basis For Preparing Offer Calculation And Award Of The Contract In The Basic Mode Without Negotiations Based On The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1605, As Amended) For The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Task Including The Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With All The Required Legal Arrangements, As Well As All Construction And Assembly Works Related To The Works Are Specified In: A) The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, B) The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, 2) The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: A) Development Of A Design For A Pv Installation With Energy Storage, Preparation Of The Area For The Ground Structure, Delivery And Assembly Along With Commissioning Of A Photovoltaic (Pv) Installation On The Ground, Located On Plot No. 342/4 In Frysztak, Together With Submitting A Notification To The Appropriate Distribution Network Operator And Preparing Comprehensive Documentation Of The As-Built Installation Along With A Geodetic Inventory And Providing It To The User. B) All Elements Of The Photovoltaic Installation Must Be Brand New, Photovoltaic Modules And Inverters Manufactured No Earlier Than 2024. C) The Installation Must Consist Of Quality Components With Parameters Not Lower Than Those Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) D) Mounting Structures Must Be Made Of Corrosion-Resistant Materials And Adapted To Installation On The Ground (E.G. Galvanized Steel, Hot-Dip Galvanized, Aluminum, Etc.).E) The Installation Should Be Connected To The Energy Switchboard In The Suw Frysztak Building Located At Dgr.342/4, In Accordance With The Overview Map In The Pfu.F) Before Starting The Work, The Contractor Will Agree On The Design He Has Developed And Obtain The Written Approval Of The Ordering Party. .
