The Contracting Authority Wishes To Enter Into A Public-Private Partnership To Design (Design), Build (Build), Finance (Finance), Maintain (Maintenance) And Operate (Operate) A New Indoor Olympic Top Sports Pool With Sports Pool And Administrative Building In Hofstade, Also Called Basic Construction Program. With A View To The Realization Of The Basic Construction Program, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Dbfmo Agreement With The Project Company (Spv-Dbfm). This Selection Guideline Is Part Of The Appointment Of A Private Partner.
