1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Building In The Shelter For Homeless Animals At Ul. Przybyszewskiego 3 In Toruń.”1. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Reconstruction Of Ground Floor Rooms: Demolition Works, Construction Of Partition Walls, Construction Of New Floors, Replenishment Of Plasters And Filling Of Walls And Ceilings Along With Painting, Ceramic Cladding In Sanitary Facilities, Installation Of Joinery, 2) Execution Of Sanitary Installations ,3) Execution Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations. 2. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Piotr Bielecki, Running A Business Under The Name: X-Bud Piotr Bielecki; Components Of The Design Documentation And Technical Specification Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction Practice, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party.
