Initially four tenderers will be selected to tender for this work. The CVSC Building comprises a 250 sqm , single story building which will provide office accommodation, toilet, shower and lunchroom facilities for staff operating the CVSC and also includes a public toilet. The building construction comprises an on-grade concrete slab; timber framed walls and braced roof trusses with a limited extent of steel framing and blockwork; and has aluminium joinery and fibre cement and profiled metal cladding. The successful contractor will be required to coordinate his activities with the successful Bombay Service Centre constructor, this contract is about to be awarded.
