Tenders are invited for Provision of Pressure Vessel Preparation Services for Intrusive Inspection of Jv Onshore and Offshore Sites There are basic preparatory/cleaning processes that must be performed to ensure the Vessels accessibility such as: Spading and un-spading and reconnection Manhole opening and closing Removal and reinstallation of Channel Heads Removal and reinstallation of tube bundles Removal and reinstallation of the air cooler plug Dismantle and reinstallation of body flanges Pressure vessel ventilation Vacuum test on heat exchanger tubes Robotics tank cleaning (no man entry) Confined space entry for vessel cleaning Replacement & modification of anode & supports Weld overlay: removal of equipment inside vessels; closing of the manhole Tightening bolts + nuts of vessels with hydraulic torque machine and tensioner Support services (OEM, site prod) Procurement Work co-ordination Project planning Housekeeping and site restoration These should be done in order to enable the scheduled integrity inspection checks on the Pressure Vessels to proceed. 2. SCOPE OF WORK/DURATION These services are expected to commence during the 1st Quarter of 2025, the expected duration of the services is 5 years plus 2 years optional extension period. The scope of work consists of activities required and incidental to the provision of pressure vessel cleaning services for OML 58/NOPL, OML 99, OML 100 and OML 102 as well as pressure vessels on OML 130, preparatory for Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) by appointed third-party companies. This service shall involve, but not be limited to, the following activities: Scaffolding erection and dismantling Hot bolting Spading, un-spading and mechanical isolation De-sanding/sand jetting (if applicable) Opening, closing of manholes and ventilation Mechanical cleaning and removal of sludge, debris and/or any other unwanted matter from the vessel Assist site production team in process isolation and draining Depleted anode and support removal and installation Insulation, lagging and personal protective removal and installation Weld overlay, repairs of internal part and internal coating/painting where required. Nitrogen purging and leak test where applicable Provision of materials fasteners, gaskets, blind flanges etc. required to re-assemble the vessels and make good all connections required to return the vessels to service as only a back-up materials. Provision of the personnel, equipment, tools, special tools where necessary and consumables to carry out the vessel cleaning tasks. Pneumatic torqueing/tensioning services during the vessel cleaning and preparation services according to COMPANYs % piece tag flange management procedures. Application of protection coating, as specified, to the vessels and affected piping when necessary Clean-up of spillages, bagging, sealed and identifying waste in dedicated waste skips for correct disposal CLOSING DATE Only tenderers who are registered with 3.o5.22 (Sludge Treatment/tank Cleaning Services) category in NipeX joint qualification system (NJQS) database, as at the date of closure of the advert shall be invited to submit Technical Bids.
