General Data: Plot Area: 19189 M2 Brief Description Of Existing Condition: The Main Building Of The School Of Mechanical Engineering Has 4 Floors. There Are Classrooms Facing Kölcsey Street, And The Workshop And The Gym Are Located Parallel Behind It. The Workshop Wing Is Not Suitable For A Floor Extension, So The Extension Must Be Made With An Independent Support Structure That Carries The Floor Level. Description Of The Building Structures Used In The Planned Building: 1 Level Will Be Built Above The Workshop Wing, With A Steel Pillar Frame, Steel Frame Beams, And A Trapezoidal Vb Slab. Next To The Workshop Wing, 3 Levels Will Be Built, With Traditional Brick Masonry, Vb Prefabricated Floor Panels, And An 8-Seat Escape Elevator. Reinforced Concrete Strip, Base, Plate Or Beam Foundation: 374 M3 Concrete In-Situ, Concrete Structures: The Load-Bearing Concrete And Concrete Structures Must Be Made According To The Static Plans. Rebars And Ready-Mixed Concrete Should Be Installed In Accordance With The Static Plans. The Construction Of The Footing Walls On The Reinforced Concrete Base Beam Or Reinforced Foundation Is Made Of Zs 30 Element. Building Steel Frame Installation, Primary Steel Structures: 302.6 T On 2,508 M2 Closed Section Columns, Elements Secondary Steel Structures: 23,785 T Metal Light Beam System: 15.51 T Façade Cladding: Kingspan Mátrix Rock Wool-Filled, Modular Cladding System: 475 M2 Carpentry Structures: On The Masonry Parts Of The Building, Bun And Half-Gable Roofs With Carpentry Are Made. Masonry Partition Walls: In The Extension Built Next To The Workshop Wing, The Partition Walls Are Built Of Nf Ceramic Bricks And Bricked In M10 Improved Mortar. Installed Partition Walls: For The Floor Extension, The Partition Walls Are Gypsum Plasterboard Walls Fixed To A Cw 100 Metal Frame, Fitted With 2X2 X-Ray Blue Acoustic Sound-Absorbing Sheets. Cladding: Creaton Balance Tile Covering, Suitable For Low Pitched Roofing, Is Made On The Brick Extension And The Porch Roof. A Snow Guard Must Be Installed On The Cover.
