The Economic And Social Research Institute (Esri) Authority Proposes To Engage In A Competitive Process For The Establishment Of A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Facilities Management Services. The Esri Building Is A Multi-Storey Commercial Building In Whitaker Square, Sir John Rogerson’S Quay, Dublin 2, D02 K138. It Is Situated In The Wider Whitaker Square Campus. The Esri Building Consists Of A 6 Storey Over Basement Office Building, Approx. 25,000 Sq. Ft. The Floor Plates Are Rectangular In Nature And Most Of The Building Is Laid Out To Provide Cellular Offices, Meeting Rooms, With The Ground Floor Including Open Plan Lobby/Reception And Conference And Meeting Room Spaces, And The 5Th Floor Including A Balcony. There Is A Basement Car Park, Shared With Other Whitaker Estate Occupants, And The Esri Has 8 Car Spaces Contained Within Same, Plus A Bin Store And Storage Room.
