Poly Aluminum Chloride – Delivery Of An Aqueous Solution Of Polyaluminum Chloride. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of An Aqueous Solution Of Polyaluminum Chloride Used At The Czaniec Water Treatment Plant For Disinfection Of Water Intended For Human Consumption In An Amount Of 168 Tons (Hereinafter Referred To As The Product). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 4. The Means Of Proof In Question: 4.1. In Order To Demonstrate That The Offered Product Complies With The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Opz, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Submit The Following Evidence Together With The Offer: 1) A Current Hygienic Certificate Issued By The National Institute Of Public Health - National Institute Of Hygiene, Allowing The Product To Be Used In Water Intended For Human Consumption; 2) Technical Specification Of The Offered Product. Note: The Technical Specification Should Confirm Compliance With All Requirements Specified In Point 1 Of Annex 5 To The Swz - I.E. In The Product Characteristics. The Ordering Party Will Accept Equivalent Means Of Evidence If They Confirm That The Offered Deliveries Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 4.2. The Ordering Party Stipulates That If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence Referred To Above, Or If The Evidence Submitted Turns Out To Be Incomplete, The Contractor Will Be Summoned In Accordance With Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Act To Submit Or Supplement Them Within The Prescribed Deadline.
