To help achieve this we are seeking quotes from suitably qualified suppliers to synthesis estimates of road pricing elasticities from reputable studies and to investigate into what and how various factors affect elasticity estimates. The following components are in scope: Evidence obtained from studies of New Zealand and other comparable developed countries Pricing schemes for road use including distance-based pricing (such as Electronic Road Pricing in Singapore) and congestion pricing (such as Stockholm) We want to take a staged approach to the research with a stop-or-go decision after the completion of a comprehensive literature review (Stage 1) before committing to commencing a formal meta-analysis (Stage 2).
