These Elements Are Part Of The Manor And Park Complex - Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Book A/1323/1-5 (Plot No. 65/3 In Bąkowo 37, 86-160 Warlubie) And Are Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Historic Granary Building. Note: This Procedure Does Not Cover The Entire Scope Of Work Included In The Construction Documentation. The Scope Of Work Of This Procedure Specifies In Detail The Bill Of Quantities. The Works Will Include, Among Others: On The Demolition Of Parts Of The Wall Elements Deviating From The Vertical And The Dismantling Of Loose Bricks And Stones, Reconstruction Of The Stone And Brick Bond Using Material From The Demolition, Consolidation Of The Wall, Delivery And Installation Of Gates And Wickets, Construction Of Lawns. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Strictly Comply With The Provisions Contained In The Decisions :-Wzn No. 93/2022 Of March 30, 2022 Of The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments For Conservation And Construction Works On The Monument And In The Conservation And Restoration Work Program, - Wzn 154/2024 Of June 24, 2024, Kujawsko -Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Construction Works. To Carry Out The Construction Works In Question, The Ordering Party Obtained The Final Decisions: - No. 574/2022 Of December 6, 2022 Issued By The Świecie Starosta, - No. 301/2024 Of July 9, 2024 Issued By The Starosta Świeckiego. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Technical Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Integral Part Of This Specification. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2022, Item 840 As Amended Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act.
