Tenders Are Invited For Implementation And Maintenance Of The Study Program Management System

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff And Maintenance Of The System Enabling The Preparation, Management And Analysis Of Study Programs.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular:2.1. Granting The Ordering Party By The Contractor A Non-Exclusive, Time-Limited License To Use Software For Managing Study Programs (Study Program Management System), Hereinafter Referred To As The System, Along With Providing The Parameters Of The Server Environment By The Contractor (Demand For Virtual Machines, Their Systems And Necessary Startup Resources) , The Number And Version Of The Software License And The List Of Persons On The Contractors Side Who Will Have Access To The Environment; The First License Period Is Valid Until The Production Launch Of The System. 2.2. Configuration Of Servers In The Production And Test Environment Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement And Opz; 2.3 Pre-Implementation Analysis (Conducting Analytical Work And Providing Implementation Documentation, Including Development Of An Implementation Schedule And Training Schedule); 2.4. Delivery And Implementation Of The System Along With Its Adaptation To The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Defined In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Detail At The Stage Of Pre-Implementation Analysis And Indicated In The Contractors Offer. , As Well As Production Launch Of The System, I.E. Issuing The System For Use By Faculties And Other Units Of The University Of Wrocław;2.5. Conducting Training In The Use Of The Study Program Management System;2.6. Providing System Maintenance Services (Including Granting A License For The Entire System Maintenance Period - The Second License Period From The Date Of Production Launch Of The System);3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order With An Attachment - Annex No. 1 To Opz Resolution No. 45_2024 Of The Senate Of The University Of Wrocław Of March 20, 2024. Detailed Rules And Conditions Of Contract Execution And Payment Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To Swz Sample Contract.4. The Contract Will Be Concluded Until August 31, 2028, With The Ordering Party Having The Option To Renew It For A Maximum Period Of Another 36 Months (3 Academic Years). The Production Start Of The System Is To Take Place On September 1, 2025 Due To The Start Date Of The Academic Year And To Enable The Faculties And Other Units Of The University Of Wrocław To Adapt To The Requirements Of The System Before Its Full Launch. The Contract Completion Date Is The End Of The Academic Year. It Is Therefore Necessary To Provide Access To The System That Supports The Fields Of Study In A Given Academic Year For All Users During This Period. 5. The Value Of The Order Including The Basic Order, Options And Renewals Is: Pln 1,020,200.00 Net.
