The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas With The Symbol E (Gz-50) At A Pressure Of Not Less Than 1.6 Kpa, With Parameters In Accordance With The Energy Law, To The Installation Located In The Facility Of The Municipal Service Plant, To The Address: 44-293 Gaszowice, Ul. Rydułtowska 73.2. The Plant Will Purchase And Collect Gaseous Fuel Solely For Its Own Needs.3.3. The Estimated Quantity Of Gaseous Fuel Ordered For The Duration Of The Order Is 1,445,000 Kwh, In The Monthly Statement Jn.2024 September 300002024 October 700002024 November 1250002024 December 1900002025 January 2000002025 February 1500002025 Say 1350002025 April 1000002025 May 300002025 June 02025 July 02025 August 02025 September 300002025 October 700002025 November 1250002025 December 1900003.4. Maximum Gas Fuel Consumption - Ordered Power Is 3,950 Kwh/H.3.5. The Minimum Gas Fuel Consumption Necessary To Ensure Energy Security Is 2,743 Kwh/H.3.6. The Amount Of Gas Fuel Delivered Will Be Determined Based On The Readings Of The Measurement And Billing System Owned By The Distribution Network Operator, Equipped With A Calculator Enabling The Transmission Of Gas Consumption Data In Real Time.3.7. The Plant Will Use The Ability To Track Data From The Converter Free Of Charge.3.8. Gas Fuel Will Be Delivered On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Gas Fuel Supply Contract, Under The Conditions Specified In The Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis.3.9. The Costs Of The Supplied Gas Fuel During The Term Of The Comprehensive Agreement Will Be Settled According To The Offer Price, And In The Event Of A Price Reduction In The Suppliers Tariff, According To The Lower Price.3.10. If The Ordering Party Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Markings Of Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1-3 Pzp, They Should Be Understood As Examples. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Pzp Allows In Each Case The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Content Of The Tor. Each Time A Standard Is Indicated In This Swz Or The Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It.3.11.
