The Services, Subject Of The Contract, Include The Catering Service Of The Group Of Orders Formed Between The Etablissement Public National Antoine Koeningswater (Epnak) For Its Institut Gustave Baguer (Establishment For The Hearing Impaired) And The François Truffaut College In Asnières-Sur-Seine For The Lunch Meals At The Two Structures For Both Children And Professionals And Evening Meals At The Boarding Schools Of The Gustave Bague Institute For The Hearing Impaired. Lepnak For The Gustave Baguer Institute And The François Truffaut College Have Concluded An Order Grouping Agreement For A School Catering Service, In Application Of Articles L.2113-6 To L.2113-8 Of The Public Order Code. In Application Of Article L.2113-7 Of The Public Procurement Code, The François Truffaut College In Asnières-Sur-Seine Is Designated As Coordinator Of The Order Group. The Market Is An Ordinary Market With Unit Prices. The Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying The Prices Of The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu) To The Quantities Actually Executed.
