The Framework Agreement Comes Into Force When The Contract Is Awarded. It Runs Until December 31, 2025. This Term Is Automatically Extended By A Further Year, Unless The Framework Agreement Is Terminated In Writing By Nrw.Bank Three Months Before Its Expiry, But To A Maximum Of Four Years From Entry Into Force (Maximum Term).
