Request for proposals are invited for Legal Advisor for 4 Locations Juba, WEQ, GBZ AND GUNZ The Attorney will provide legal opinions and advice according to South Sudan laws on any issue concerning organization activities in South Sudan. Cover all litigation matters requiring appearances in court or contentious matters or claims. Review all legal documents like staff terminations and other staff employment actions that might lead to litigations. Provide legal assistance and advice on all legal matters pertaining to World Visions operations in South Sudan and alignment with the NGO act. Provide legal advice on management of contracts including negotiations, dispute resolution, vendor agreements, construction agreements, service level agreements, framework agreements, memorandum of understanding and sub granting agreements. Conducting legal due diligence on procurement transactions that the organization intends to enter into. Identifying, managing and mitigating legal risk in all transactions that the organization intends to enter into. Striving for speedy resolution through mediation and negotiation.
