The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Sports Hall Of Light Construction With Sanitary And Locker Room Facilities And Land Development, Based On The Documents Specified In Point 4.5 Of Swz.2. The Material Scope Covered By This Procedure Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment, In Particular In The Scope Of: 1) Earthworks; 2) Construction Of Foundations With Moisture Insulation; 3) Construction Of The Substructure With A Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface; 4) Construction Of A Sports Hall With A Lightweight Structure; 5) Construction Of A Roof For The Hall With A Steel Structure With A Membrane Coating Or An Aluminum Structure With A Membrane Coating, Provided That The Contractor Prepares A Replacement Design And Obtains Its Approval By The Designer In Full At The Expense Of The Contractor; 6) Construction Of Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities; 7) Execution Of The Installation Electricity And Lighting Of The Sports Hall;8) Implementation Of A Photovoltaic Installation;9) Implementation Of A Central Heating Installation;10) Implementation Of A Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installation;11) Implementation Of A Water And Sewage Installation;12) Implementation Of A Monitoring Installation;13) Implementation Of Stands With Benches;14) Delivery And Assembly Of A Mobile Stage With A Protective Covering;15) Delivery And Assembly Of A Laser Shooting Range;16) Sports Equipment For The Facility;17) Construction Of Parking Spaces;18) Landscaping;19) Delivery And Installation Of A Board With The Logo Of The Olympia Program And The Logo Of The Ministry Sport And Tourism; 20) Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board In The Scope Of Fulfilling The Information Obligations Applicable To Beneficiaries Of Programs Co-Financed From The State Budget.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Swz And Its Annexes.4. The Contractor Will Commence The Execution Of The Order Immediately After Concluding The Contract With The Ordering Party, And The Contractor Will Complete The Construction Works By May 30, 2025. Determining The Order Execution Date In The Above Formula Is Justified By Objective Reasons - The Subject Of The Order Is Financed From External Sources And Requires Certain Measures To Be Taken In Advance.
