The key objective of this procurement is to repair the 4 key areas of the building based on the BRNAZ weathertightness remediation guide. This will extend the lifespan of the building and prevent further deterioration. We are seeking to appoint a motivated contractor to deliver this project to the highest quality, whilst having the necessary care and consideration for the community they are delivering to.
