Request for proposals are invited for Design, Supply and Management for Construction of Two Ro-Ro Rail Wagon Carriers The Government of Turkmenistan has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the Turkmenistan Maritime Transport Development Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Design, Supply and Management for Construction of Two Ro-Ro Rail Wagon Carriers. This project will be jointly financed by the OPEC Fund.
