1) The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Turnkey Construction Of The Ferry And Offshore Simulator Center Building At Ul. Wały Chrobrego In Szczecin - Stage Ii.2) The Scope Of Work In This Order Includes In Particular: Construction Of The Facility In The Technology Of Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Elements, Roof Covering, External And Internal Joinery, Connector Between The New Facility And The Existing Main Building Of The Ordering Party, Reconstruction Of The Rooms Of The Main Building Adjacent To New Connector, Facades Using The Technology Of Prefabricated Elements According To An Individual Design, Internal, Internal And External Finishing Works, Installations And Connections: Electrical, Telecommunications, Lightning Protection, Sanitary, Heating, Mechanical Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Drainage, Land Development Works, Demolition Of Conflicting Elements Of The Existing Land Development , Road Works, Surface Drainage, Area Lighting, Removal Of Conflicting Greenery, Planting High And Medium-Sized Designed Greenery, New Entrance To The Employers Premises, Introduction And Removal Of Temporary Traffic Organization, Introduction Of A New Permanent Traffic Organization On A Public Road, Reconstruction Of The Existing Fence, Organization Of The Construction Site .Zero Works Up To And Including The Level Of The Concrete Base Under The Ground Floor Floor And Installation Culverts Through The Foundation Walls And Well D2 Are Not Included In The Scope Of The Order (They Are Performed As Part Of A Separate Order Covering Stage I Of Construction).
