The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of A Modular Expansion Joint Device In The We-40 Facility Along The S3 Expressway At Km 51+498. The Scope Of Planned Renovation Works Includes In Particular:• Preparation And Agreement With The Ordering Party Of A Project For Replacing The Expansion Joint Device;• Development And Obtaining Approval Of A Traffic Organization Design And Its Timely Implementation Performing Renovation Works On The Facility;• Demolition Of The Existing Expansion Joint Device In The Road And Overhang Area, Along With Dismantling The Surface And Preparing The Structure Of The Facility To The Extent Necessary To Install The Modular Expansion Device;• Inventory Of Damage To The Facility Resulting From Faulty Operation Of The Expansion Joint Device;• Possible Repairs Of Damage And Defects In The Structure Of The Facility; Within And In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Expansion Joint To The Extent That Ensures The Tightness Of The Expansion Joint And The Proper Operation Of The Expansion Device After Its Installation;• Manufacture In Accordance With The Design And Installation Of A Modular Expansion Device With An Elastomer Insert (Without A Filter), Transport To The Construction Site And Assembly;• Reconstruction Of The Insulation Of The Platform And Drainage Elements In Vicinity Of The Expansion Joints (Longitudinal And Transverse Drainage), • Reconstruction Of The Structural Layers Of The Road And Sidewalk, Taking Into Account The Relocation Of Curbs (Laying Hard-Packed Asphalt 50 Cm Wide In Front Of (The Approach Side) And 80 Cm Behind (The Load-Bearing Structure) Of A Single Expansion Device, Together With The Reconstruction Of The Counterslope, • Carrying Out The Correct Sealing The Joint Of The Expansion Joint Device With A Bituminous Surface, • Installation Of Protective Sheets On The Sidewalk Overhangs; • Reconstruction Of Horizontal Markings Using A Technology Identical To The Existing Marking; • Reconstruction Of Anti-Corrosion Coatings Of The Abutment, Niches, Bearing Blocks And The Supporting Structure (In The Zone Of The Expansion Joint Device) In Places Of Contamination Or Damage, Carried Out On Entire Surfaces Of A Given Element, • Disassembly And Installation Of Cornice Boards (To The Extent Necessary), • Disassembly And Installation Of Acoustic Screens With Posts (To The Extent Necessary), • Disassembly And Installation Of Energy-Absorbing Barriers With Posts (To The Extent Necessary), 5 • Cleaning And Tidying Up The Construction Site And Removal Of Demolition Materials To The Contractors Landfill, Including Disposal;• Introduction, Maintenance And Liquidation Of The Cor Enabling The Replacement Of The Device In One Element (Closing The Road),• Restoration Of Permanent Traffic Organization After The Completion Of The Works.• Other Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task And Not Included Above.
