Quotation are invited for Rehabilitation of Machinga District Hospital Hostel under Hospital Rehabilitation Funds 1 SCOPE OF WORK Machinga District Hospital Staff House 2 KEY PERSONELL REQUIREMENTS 1 CONTRACT MANAGER (At least 5 Years experience with degree or 10 years experience with diploma, in Engineering or Architectural or Quantity Surveying as Qualifications. 2 SITE AGENT (At least 10 years experience with a Diploma in any Construction related field or Degree in any construction related field with 5 years experience) 3 FOREMAN (At least 5 years experience with Diploma, Foremanship certificate or Grade 1 as qualification (for each of, brick laying, plumbing, painting, carpentry and joinery). 4 Electrical domestic sub-contractors (registered with MERA and NCIC in the 5Million Category, with electrical foreman at least 5 years experience with Grade 3 in electrical installations.
