The contractor shall be responsible for smooth operations of the Electro-Mechanical Services & the ELV systems in All health facilities and carryout the planned preventive maintenance as well as the normal breakdown maintenance jobs during the official agreed working hours (Facility Operating Hours). He is also responsible for attending emergency calls. Mandatory Criteria: The bidder should submit bank balance for last 3 months (May, June and July) and bidder offer will be Disqualified if the balance is below BD 250,000 or if the balance bank not submitted.
