The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Cover The Clients Needs For Footwear In Accordance With The Attached Article List, For The Departments Of The Armed Forces. This Procurement Is Carried Out In Accordance With Act 17 June 2016 No. 73 On Public Procurement (Procurement Act - Loa) And Regulations 12 August 2016 No. 974 On Public Procurement (Procurement Regulations - Foa). The Procurement Is Carried Out According To The Open Tender Procedure In Accordance With Foa Section 13-1 First Paragraph. This Procedure Gives All Interested Suppliers The Opportunity To Submit Offers. In This Competition, There Is No Opportunity To Negotiate.
