It Is The Intent Of The British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“Bc Housing”) To Conduct A Two-Stage Solicitation Process Initiated With This Request For Pre-Qualification (“Rfpq”). A Second Solicitation Will Be Issued To Only Those Successful Respondents That Are Prequalified.
