The Master Plan Will Guide The Eccc Future Development, Optimize The Use Of Existing Spaces, And Ensure That Infrastructure Aligns With Strategic Goals And Growth Forecasts. The Objective Of This Work Is To Create A Detailed Facility Master Plan That Outlines The Eccc Short-Term And Long-Term Infrastructure And Facility Needs.
