The Management Board Of Electricity Distribution Networks West Ead Opens And Conducts A Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement Of The Open Type On The Basis Of Art. 132 In Connection With Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1, Art. 19, Para. 2 And Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 3, B. B Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), In Order To Conclude A Contract For The Delivery Of New, Unused Cars. The Subject Of The Order Is For The Purpose Of Providing New Unused Cars Related To The Licensing Activity Of The Contracting Authority. This Order Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Separate Items, With Subject, Estimated Quantities, As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Delivery Of New Unused Off-Road Vehicles N1 - 20 (Twenty) Pieces; Separate Item No. 2: Delivery Of New Unused Cars N1 - 5 (Five) Pieces. Pursuant To Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Considering The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria. The Commissions Actions Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of The Rules For Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppzop).
