The Client Has A Working Investment Project. The Project Envisages The Renovation Of An Existing Building, Which Will Conclude The Following Types Of Construction Contracts: - Replacement Of The Existing Wooden And Metal Window Frames With New Pvc Window Frames; - Replacement Of Existing Pvc Entrance Glazing With New Aluminum Windows With Anti-Burglary Hardware And Broken Thermal Bridge, Providing Two 160/220 Exits For Evacuation; - In The Two Lobbies, The Walls And Ceilings Will Be Plastered And Repainted, And The Mosaic Flooring Will Be Sanded And Varnished; - In The Auditorium, Stage And Balcony, The Walls And Ceilings Will Be Replastered And Repainted, With The Existing Wooden Paneling Being Dismantled And The Interior Cement Board Cladding Installed In Its Place. The Seats Will Be Dismantled And Replaced With New Ones, And Some Of Them Will Be Removed Completely, In Order To Widen The Escape Routes. The Floor In These Rooms – Wooden Parquet And Carpet Will Be Polished And Varnished. The Doors Serving As An Exit From The Hall And The Balcony Will Be Replaced With New Ones - With Fire Resistance Class Ei 90 Min And Anti-Panic Locks; - The Decor Storage Room Will Be Repainted; - Renovation Of The Roofs Over The Auditorium And Lobby, As Well As The Roof Over The Decor Storage Room, Is Planned. They Are 2 Independent Pitched Concrete Roofs With Concrete Eaves. It Is Planned To Lay A New Sheet Metal Pvc Coating, Replacing The Existing Sheet Metal Sheathing, Downspouts, Gutters And Headboards With New Laminated Pvc Skirting.
