Kolonia 13 In Ełk. Building Volume 501.6 M3, Building Area 165.34 M2. The Existing Multi-Family Residential Building Has Two Floors Above Ground And 1 Underground Floor. Built On A Rectangular Plan, It Is A Detached Building With A Simple Architectural Form. The External And Internal Walls Are Made Of Brick With Lime Mortar. The Roof Has A Wooden Rafter-Purlin Structure. The Floor In The Basement Is Layered, Made Of: Flooring, Concrete Screed, A Layer Of Lean Concrete And Coarse Sand Bedding. The Building Partitions Have Significant Deficiencies In The Construction Technology, Leading To Too Low Insulation Of The External Partitions (External Walls, Windows). , Doors, Roof, Plinth Walls And Walls Near The Ground). When Developing Thermal Modernization Projects Of The Building, The Attached Energy Audit Should Be Used. The Project Development Should Include The Following Elements: 1) Inventory Of The Facility Along With Sanitary Installations (Heating, Domestic Hot Water, Central Heating, Ventilation) ,2) Insulation Of The Flat Roof With Replacement Of The Roof Covering Together With Sheet Metal Work, Reconstruction Of Chimneys And Exhaust Pipes, 3) Insulation Of External Walls, 4) Insulation Of Foundations With Anti-Humidity Insulation, 5) Replacement Of The Building Architrave 6) Replacement Of Windows And External Doors, 7) Replacement Of The Central Heating And Hot Water Installations, Taking Into Account The New Heat Balance, 8) Replacement Of The Cold Water Installation, 9) Installation Of Room Ventilation, 10) Replacement Of The Lightning Protection Installation. The Designer Will Be Obliged To Obtain All Arrangements And Decisions Necessary To Implement The Project, Including The Decision Building Permits / Notification Of The Intention To Perform Works. The Designer Will Provide The Ordering Party With: 1) Construction Design - 4 Copies 2) Technical And Executive Designs For All Industries - 3 Copies Each 3) Technical Specifications For All Industries - 2 Copies Each 4) Bills Of Quantities Of Works Divided Into Eligible And Ineligible Costs Under Thermal Modernization - 2 Copies.5) Investors Cost Estimate From Zzk Divided Into Eligible And Ineligible Costs Under Thermal Modernization - 2 Copies And On An It Data Carrier 1 Copy In Pdf Format And Editable Version. I Undertake To The Designer To Answer Questions Asked To The Swz For Construction Works. The Designer Will Be Obliged To Obtain A Positive Opinion From The Investment Projects Review Team Operating At The Ełk City Hall, As Well As All Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Implement The Investment.
