The Basic Order Consists Of The Following Elements: 1) Constant Readiness To Take Actions Aimed At Restoring Voltage In The Internal Network Of The Ordering Partys Facilities And Removing Potential Or Identified Threats. The Service Described Above Does Not Include The Repair Of External Devices That Are Not Part Of The Infrastructure. The Service Will Be Provided: A) From Monday To Sunday And Holidays - 24 Hours A Day, B) The Service Provider Is Obliged To Maintain An Emergency Telephone Number To Which Failure Reports Will Be Forwarded, C) The Travel Time To The Ordering Partys Facilities From The Moment Of Telephone Notification May Not Be Exceed 180 Minutes; 2) Inspections And Maintenance Of Three 15Kv Mv Transformer Stations (Once Every 6 Months), Including: A) Inspection Of The Transformer Station - Subsequent, Single Shutdown Of The Transformers With The Consent Of An Authorized Employee Of Nizp Pzh - Pib And After Notifying The Power Plant At Ul. Włodarzewska 68, In Accordance With The Operation And Maintenance Manual, B) Measurements And Operational Tests - Perform Measurements And Operational Tests In The Field Of Devices And Apparatus Installed In The Station, Station Installation And Electric Shock Protection, C) Check The Technical Condition Of Transformers, Transformers And Surge Arresters, D ) Checking The Operation Of Security Systems, Automation, Telemechanics And Signaling Measurements, E) Checking The Operation And Cooperation Of Switches And Their Technical Condition, F) Checking The Continuity And Condition Of Connections Of The Main Current Paths And Grounding Cables, G) Checking The Condition Of Covers, Interlocks, Warning Devices And Other Devices Ensuring Occupational Safety, H) Possible Maintenance And Emergency Repairs - Both In Terms Of Identified Faults In Electrical Equipment And The Construction Part, I) Keeping The Transformer Chambers Clean, J) Any Other Technical Work Necessary For The Proper Operation Of Transformers; 3) Inspections And Maintenance Of The Main Switchboard In The Transformer Station Building And In Four Lv Switchboards (Once Every 3 Months), Including: A) Keeping The Switchboard Clean, B) Checking The Connections Of Individual Circuits, C) Checking The Operation Of Security, Interlocking And Control Systems (Including Ats Automation) ),D) Inspection Of Protective Earthing, Verification Of The Temperature Of Fuse Boards,E) Measurements Of Current Intensity In The Wlz - Including Control Of Load Distribution On The Phases,F) Inspection And Verification Of Dielectric Equipment (Rugs, Gloves, Shoes, Poles, Etc.)G) All Other Technical Work Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Electrical Installation; 4) Maintenance And Regular Inspection Of The Operation Of Fire Protection Switches And Other Automation Installed In The Buildings Of Nizp Pzh - Pib (Once A Month); 5) Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of The Power Generator (Once A Month) Including: A) Verifying The Amount Of Fuel, B) Checking
