Tenders are invited for Assorted Stationery Materials A4 Paper (80gsm double A) Legal Paper (F-14-216x356mm-80gsm-double A) Ink pens (Blue & Black) Staplers Machine (Standard) H/D Staple Machine Etc A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$50.00 (fifty United States Dollars) for a complete set of bidding document 8. Bids must be delivered one (1) ORIGINAL and two (2) COPIES in a sealed envelope marked Procurement of Stationery Supply & Ink Cartridges and placed in the bid box at the Procurement Unit at the Ministry of Education located at Ministerial not later than 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday August 28, 2024. Late bid will be rejected. 9. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives, who choose to attend on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 11:15 a.m. in the Conference Room of the Ministry of Education, Congo Town, and Monrovia. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for bid submission. Please note that electronic bids are not accepted.
