The service request management system enables our external users to request payroll processing services that cannot be fulfilled via our self-service application. These service requests are typically non-trivial activities and require our Payroll Service Delivery staff to undertake back-office activities on behalf of the requester. We are seeking a technology partner to supply the technology product/service for the service desk/ticketing solution which is extensible to cater for future IT Service Management and Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) needs.
