The Supervision And Verification Of The Quality Of The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Romanian Legislation In Force (H.G. No. 1/10.01.2018 For The Approval Of The General And Specific Conditions For Certain Categories Of Purchase Contracts Related To Investment Objectives Financed From Public Funds; Law No. 10/1995 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions And Mdrt Order No. 1496/2011 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, For The Approval Of The Site Managers Authorization Procedure). The Purpose Of The Supervision Service For The Above-Mentioned Objective Is To Provide The Contracting Authority With The Guarantee That The Contractor Of The Work Will Fulfill All His Contractual Obligations, Will Respect The Legal Provisions, The Technical Projects And The Specifications. Performance Period: During The Entire Period Of Execution Of The C+M Works, Until The Reception At The End Of The Works And The Resolution And Fulfillment Of The Recommendations Of The Reception Commission, Objections Contained In The Annexes To The Minutes Of Reception At The End Of The Works. The Verification Of The Correct Execution Of The Construction Works, For The Investment Objective, For Which The Supervision Service Is Requested, Will Be Done By Site Managers Authorized In The Fields: Hydrotechnical Works - Importance Category (C). The Hydrotechnical Works Were Dimensioned At The Calculation Flow Corresponding To The Maximum Flow With The Probability Of Exceeding 1%. The Presence Of The Investment Provides For The Realization Of The Following Types Of Works: - Shore Consolidation - 6,795 Ml The Number Of Technical Supervision Personnel That The Tenderer Will Consider Necessary, Will Be Determined In Such A Way As To Be Able To Cover, Under Optimal Conditions, This Activity. Offices, Work Points: The Establishment Of The Office Of Each Site Supervisor Remains At The Bidders Discretion, Depending On The Number Of Inspectors Who Will Provide The Service, Accommodation Possibilities, Travel To The Supervisors Work Points, Etc.. Accommodation, Meals, Transport, Rents And Similar Ones Concern The Bidder And Will Be Included In The Bid Price. The Tenderer Will Have To Ensure The Proper Provision Of The Site Managers With Means Of Transport (For Movement Between Work Points), Work Spaces For Office Activity, Work Protection Equipment, Means Of Communication (Telephone, Fax). For Special Situations, For Which The Contracting Authority Considers It Necessary To Carry Out: Execution Measurements, Laboratory Analyses, Expertise, In Addition To Those Carried Out By Contractors (According To The Specifications And Quality Assurance Programs), These Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor (Bidder) Either By Own Forces (If Available) Or By Specialized Units, Approved By The Contracting Authority
