Request For Information: 2024 Maintenance Work For The Pumps Of Imatras Wastewater Pumping Stations

This Request For Information Is An Invitation To Suppliers To Present Their Solutions Related To The Maintenance Work Of Pumps At Imatras Wastewater Pumping Stations. Imatran Vede Has 45 Wastewater Pumping Stations, For Some Of Which A Condition Survey Is Carried Out To Assess The Needs For Investment And Maintenance Measures, As Well As The Necessary Maintenance Repairs During The Contract Period. Later, The Supplier Selected Through A Separate Tender Will Draw Up A Maintenance Program For The Pumping Stations, Which Must Include At Least The Following Sections: - Electrical And Automation Systems Of The Pumping Station - Frequency Converters - Mechanical Condition Of The Pumps - Fuse Box - Stairs, Platforms, Ladders - Cover Concrete Structures And The Condition Of The Maintenance Building. If Necessary, A Pump Station-Specific Condition Assessment According To The Condition Mapping Program Is Prepared Separately For Each Pumping Station And The Necessary Maintenance Work Is Carried Out. The Customer Does Not Commit To The Order Quantities. The Supplier Responds To The Request For Information By Uploading A Brochure About The Service It Offers To This Request For Information Under The Criteria For The Object Of Procurement. After The Request For Information, The Customer Agrees Separately On Introductions With The Suppliers He Has Chosen. All Information Is Treated Confidentially. The Request For Information Also Does Not Oblige The Customer To Start A Tender.
