The Contract Is Generally For The Following Work: • Construct The Proposed Pumpstation, Including: - Buried Pipe Spools And Connections To Adjacent Supply And Discharge Watermains. - Foundation Preparation And Cast-In-Place Concrete Footings And Foundation Walls And Piers. - Coordination And Preparation For Assembly Of The Ownersupplied And Installed Insulated Precast Concrete Walls And Roof. - Interior Stainless Steel Piping, And Associated Valving. - Pumpstation Electrical And Controls Components. - Building Heating And Ventilation. • Installation And Commissioning Of The Owner-Supplied Emergency Power Generator (The Generator Supplier Will Provide Commissioning Support And Associated Reporting To The Village). • Site Works Including Final Grading And Site Surfacing, And Construction Of Perimeter Fencing Around The Well Site. An Optional Pre-Tender Meeting Will Be Held On Thursday August 8, 2024 At 10:00 Am At The Project Site. Design Team Members And Village Staff Will Be Available To Answer Questions Regarding The Tender.
