The Service Description Refers To The Subsequent Installation Of Split Systems In Building K4 Of The Property. Split System (Refrigerant R32) For Cooling Consisting Of: - Indoor Unit; Ceiling Or Wall Unit, Nominal Cooling Capacity According To The Information In The Lv Position, With Condensate Tray And Integrated Condensate Pump - Outdoor Unit (Recooling Unit) Mounted On The External Wall K4. Description Of Requirements: There Are Three Wall Units For Room 6A, Each With A Cooling Capacity Of 9 Kw Intended. These Should Be Mounted On The Walls Of The Room On Any Free Wall Surfaces. The Outdoor Unit With A Cooling Capacity Of 22 Kw Is To Be Installed On The Western Outer Wall. Piping / Insulation: Refrigerant Pipes Made Of Copper In Accordance With Din En 12735, Insulated Using 19 Mm Thick Elastomer Foam To Make Them Diffusion-Tight. Condensate Line For Circulating Air Cooling Units Made Of Plastic Pp With Plug Connections. Outdoor Areas Must Be Covered With Sheet Metal.
